Memorandum of Association
OF
JIAGANJ EDUCATIONAL AND WELFARE SOCIETY

1) Name :- The name of the society shall be "JIAGANJ EDUCATIONAL AND WELFARE SOCIETY."

2) Registered office :- The registered office of the society shall be Hatibagan, P.o. & Ps.- Jiaganj, District- Murshidabad. in the State of West Bengal.

3) Aim An Objects:-
i) To do all social welfare activities in the localities for the welfare of the people.
ii) To arrange for education to the students who desire to be taught through Bengali/English medium by qualified teachers without profit motive.
iii) To aware the people aboute their health and to be arrange for free medium to the needy patients by the doctors.
iv) To arrange and organize blood donation camp time to time.
v) To established and maintain traning to the woman & man on different important of skillness & Medical Letaracy School, Nursing Traning Institute, Medical College, Basic Traning School, Technical Education School, Bachelor Education Traning Institute and others all education etc.
vi) To render sincere and efficient survives to the studentd on the courses of the society.
vii) To give give the necessary relief to affected in times of blood, famine, pestilence and calamities caused by nature.
viii) To arrange for education to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and other backward classes students by qualified teachers.
ix) To established and maintain adult education center to move the illiteracy.
x) To import and develop social awareness among the illiterate women & man by organizing awareness camps from time to time.
xi) To organize an ambulance for free rendering services to the needy patients
xii) To established and maintain a library for the benefit of the public and to help the needy students of all communities for their studies.
xiii) To do all such other things as may be demand incidental or conductive to the attainment of the following objects.
xiv) The Executive Body may form time to time as its discretion raise or borrow either from the members or from Banks of Financial Institution of from elswhere and secure the payment of any sum of money for the purpose of the society.
xv) The Executive Body may raise or secure the repayment of such sum or sums in such manner and upon such terms and conditions in all respects as it thinks fit and particular any mortgage or other security on the undertaking of the whole or any part of the property of the society (both present and future.)
The function and object of the association shall always remain restricted within the meaning of section 4 (2) of the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961 irrespective of any object mentioned in the present document in agreement or opposed to the said section
the activities of the Association will not be undertaken without any mission other than philanthropy and will be tantamount to running business activities with profit motive.
The income and properties of the Association whatsoever derived or obtained shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Association and no portion there of shall be paid to or divided any of its members by way of profit.
